Bio:

Meian is Tochi's younger sister. Just like her brother, she was born with one black eye and one white eye. She wasn't experimented on as heavily as her brother, being younger and not as resilient. The experiments were worse for her in other ways, making her afraid of being in small spaces for too long. Sometimes her powers would become uncontrollable and she'd end up hurting someone, including herself in her panic. Meian's eyes changed liked her brother's during her 15th birthday, giving her better control of her Light and Darkness.
